Over the years James has played with hundreds of musicians all over Australia Live, on TV and in the studio ranging all styles of music and genres. Many of these artists have toured both nationally and internationally and have released successful albums.
James was the winner of the nationally recognised 2003 Annual Billy Hyde´s Open Drummers Playoff in Sydney at 19 yrs of age, winning his current Yamaha Oak custom drum kit. He had also placed 2nd in the Open playoff 2002 and 3rd place in the senior secondary division 2001. He is currently writing his own drum book to be released with CD and DVD.

Danny John has played and recorded with the likes of Brett Garsed, Mike Stern, Scott Henderson, Gary Willis, Art Renshaw etc, Danny has enjoyed periodic stints with some of Australia’s finest Including, Vanessa Amarossi, Simon Cox, Jerome Smith, Ian Jones to name a few. Danny has recorded with progressive power fusion outfits EGH band, Blind to name a couple.
Short Bio
Dan first picked up a guitar when he was eight, he is completely self-taught however, he spent several years at the Musicians Institute in Hollywood honeing his skills. There he met and played with some of the true greats of the musical profession. Dan also had many projects he was involved in whilst engaging in session work. The Danny John Trio is his only project at present. Seed is an avid freelance drummer who gigs regularly with his band Friar Rush and many others. Seed also undertakes session work to keep his hand in. Seed can currently be seen all around Sydney with various musicians at various times. Zeljko hails from Serbia where he has been one of the most sought after Bass exponents. Sessions, touring and recording with the biggest names in Europe, (Natasha Bekvalac, Apsolutno Romanticmo, Djrdje Balasevic) to name just a few. The boys got together in 2006, rehearsing and getting ideas together that would work in a live Trio situation. Dan had written and recorded various versions of the music that will be forthcoming with his former Power Rock Fusion ensemble EGH (Ernesto Goes to Hollywood). The creative juices however really overflowed when Seed and Zeljko put their hands up to join Dan in this current expedition. The result is a powerhouse blend of old school Rock with heavy metric and tonal modulations. Their influences vary, from Led Zeppelin to Living Color, from Mahavishnu to Planet X. The delivery, explosive. It has taken many months to fine tune all the aspects of their creative exploits but they are ready to unleash the juggernaut that is “ONE”. First cab off the rank is STAIN, a Van Halenesque tribute to Dan’s greatest guitar hero. Originally recorded with EGH, (though they wouldn’t be able to recognize much of it), the song features a Train like rhythm section driving the guitars on a journey across the sound. Although STAIN is an indication of how these guys play, it is by no means the only thing they play. The other tracks on the soon to be released “ONE” showcase the wide talents of these three eclectic maestros in varied styles and various dynamics. Stay Tuned…………
