RULES
Sign-up Rules for Fame Games
These rules apply to the "Transition Phase" of Fame Games show and contest.

Cost:
Free.

Who's Eligible:

Virtually anyone. You can be young or old, male or female, vocal group or a band, pretty or ugly, touring or studio-bound  - as long as you have your own original, recorded music and a little light-hearted sense of humor!

Nationality:
Any nationality is welcome, but you should note that if you submit a song in a language other than English, your song may not translate well with our panel. But if you believe that the foreign-language song you're submitting is a potential "cross-over" hit - go right ahead. We can't wait! Fame Games is specifically interested in crossover music.

Signed or Un-signed:
The vast majority of the artists signing up for Fame Games are unsigned, looking for a deal or just wanting to get some feedback on their work. Some, however, are signed to independent record labels. If this is the case for you, make sure that you have your label's clearance to appear on this show, as by signing up for Fame Games you accept the responsibility for making your music available to the public. Recently, a growing number of labels are inquiring with us about the prospect of featuring their artists on this show. If you're one of them, please contact us on info@meermusic.com

Quality:
Please submit  the best songs you have which are recorded to the best of your ability. When submitting, think "Quality" not "Quantity!"

Genre / Style:
While we're open to ALL sorts of music including instrumentals, and have ourselves produced and written in a vast number of divergent styles, Fame Games is all about CROSSOVER POTENTIAL. This means that if you believe that your jazz, classical, trip-hop, grunge, death metal or deep house track has the potential to become an international hit - please send it to us!

Duration:
There are time limits, but please be aware that what is played of your song on air will reflect what the producers of the show believe to be the most engaging for the show’s format (typically no more than 2 minutes of each song played as a "promotional sample" on your behalf). We do, however, always direct the audience to the full versions of your song provided by the links on our site.

Selection Process:
Please refer to the FAQ section for details.

Public Review Process:
Listeners are invited to review and vote for songs. Artists and persons who would like to help artists out by reviewing their music are invited to join our Reviewer Database
